Best Weekend Ever!

The best weekend began when me and Savanna went to the football game and
Vanna's friend told us that he was on the robotics team.
He had to film the game, so he went to the top of the school.
And he invited us to go up there with him! Cowboy Jakey, you are the best!
After the game, me and Vanna helped pack his stuff to his car, and we went home to sleep for 4 hours to wake up, and help out with the TOU Marathon. We met at the school at 5:00 am to carpool up the canyon to set up a water station. We were up before the sun! It was cold and I am so grateful that Jake had a car full of blankets and jackets. Savanna brought a jump rope, camera, sidewalk chalk, and food. Thank goodness. We found joy in the chalk as soon as she pulled it out. We wrote kind encouraging messages on the road for the lovely runners and drew amazing pictures.
And a "Jail for Jake" (as the road says)
And once we were done with the marathon, we pulled into the school parking lot, and Mallory asked, "Okay, our house for breakfast or Einstein Bagels?" We voted bagels and drove into town. Cowboy Jakey bought a bucket of bagels for us to share and Vanna pulled out her camera.
Me struggling to cut a bagel.
 Jake looking through his bagel.
 Vanna . . . sitting there.
 Mallory looking just lovely!
Mallory, Jake, and I lounging by the car
Because we didn't get lots of sleep, we were all pretty loopy.
Me and Mallory decided to be dogs and stick our heads out of the car window.
My hair was blowing around like crazy!
And while me and Mallory stuck our heads out the window,
Jake was driving/dancing to the music, and Vanna was placing Nilla Wafers on Jake's shoulders.
After our breakfast party, we went home and then reassembled later that evening at Jake and Mallory's house for dinner/movie party. We had yummy hamburgers, partied on the playground, and watched Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol. That was the most fun I've had all school year so far! Thanks Jake, Mallory, and Vanna for giving me a fun time!
